Visit the Registrar’s office on the assigned dates from

8:30 a.m. – 12 nn. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Note: Kindly enter the Blue Gate (Barlin St.) just beside the Porta Mariae and kindly observe the Health Protocols.

To the parents/guardians of the newcomers, kindly bring with you the following documents:

1. Report Card

2. Birth Certificate

3. Baptismal Certificate

4. Confirmation Certificate

5. Marriage Certificate (if parents are already married in the Church).

6. Recommendation from Parish Priest

7. Recommendation from Principal of last school attended

8. Letter of intent to enroll addressed to Rev. Fr. Mario Arnulfo B. Gaite, Rector and duly signed by a parent/guardian.
